A pipeline is "greener" than using a locomotive." That may be true once the pipeline is built. But it takes energy and emissions to build it. "Building a pipeline parallel to present ones does farmers no harm, just richer." Tell that to the landowners who have suffered leaks from other pipelines.

Eminent domain isn't about using courts to force a sale so a corporation can save construction costs.
